EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY
C4C provides a range of screening and diagnostic cancer services, as well as genetic counselling and genetic testing. A number of our cancer screening tests are only available to clients of a certain sex, age-range, family history or lifestyle history but clients will not be excluded on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation. Certain tests are excluded from patients who are pregnant or breast feeding on clinical grounds, eg. screening mammography.

SIGNING UP
By signing up for this clinical service I understand that clinical information, including clinical photographs and scans, will be stored by Check4Cancer Ltd (Check4Cancer) (trading under BreastHealth UK, BowelHealth UK, GynaeHealth UK, LungHealth UK, ProstateHealth UK, SkinHealth UK and Check4Cancer) and may be used in an anonymised way for educational, commercial or clinical publications. All abnormal results will be copied to your GP, if GP details have been provided, and Check4Cancer will follow up the results of any abnormal screening test to verify the final outcome.
