Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event that you would like to make a complaint, Check4Cancer has an internal complaints procedure which we follow.  The initial step is to contact the Clinical Services Director, Louise Mills atThis email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  All complaints will be thoroughly investigated and responded to in accordance with our complaints procedure.  As Check4Cancer are registered with the CQC (Care Quality Commission), you may also make a complaint direct to the CQC by clicking here
